4. The CIO Club does not guarantee the quality or completeness of its programs, events or activities, and you acknowledge that participation is done fully on a voluntarily basis.
5. The CIO Club and Board assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in our programs, events, or activities (including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, advice, meetings and sessions) regardless of location or duration.
6. By participating in any CIO Club program, event, or activity, you agree to release and hold harmless The CIO Club, its directors, officers, employees, agents and other club members from and against any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or costs (including legal, direct, indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Club’s services and activities that may occur, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, or otherwise.
